Landmark’s aging HVAC system reached the end of its life and was recently replaced. A new system was essential—not just for the comfort of our patrons, performers, and staff, but to ensure Landmark remains a vibrant venue year-round. This was a costly upgrade, and we are asking you to partner with us to cover this cost.
The benefits of our new HVAC system:
– A consistently comfortable environment improves every patron’s experience and encourages attendance
– It allows us to expand programming into the summer months – more shows=more choices,and provides us with more opportunities to rent our theater to outside organizations and productions.
– Our new HVAC system is more energy efficient.
It reduces utility costs – savings that can be redirected into programming, upgrades and maintenance.
The price tag to replace our old system was in excess of $500,000! Thanks to generous New York State grants, nearly half of that has been covered.. Now, we need your help to close the gap. Every gift, no matter the size, moves us closer to our goal.
