Featuring generations-long family favorites for every meal, Al Roker and his daughter, Courtney Roker Laga offer dishes in this book that will inspire all of us to start cooking memory-making meals. Full of cheerful family photos and Al’s frank, witty opinions on food and cooking, Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By is sure to become the most well-thumbed cookbook on your shelf, whether you’re a beginner home cook or a seasoned chef.

Al Roker is a co-anchor of NBC’s Today, an Emmy-award winning journalist, and a New York Times bestselling author. He lives in New York with his family.

Courtney Roker Laga is a recipe developer and trained chef who has worked in two Michelin-starred restaurants. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and young daughter.

Erica Marcus spent her first fifteen years after college in book publishing, where she specialized in cookbooks. She started her career at Newsday in 1998, where she is now Food Reporter-Critic.
