“Where There’s a Will…” is the sixth new play to be premiered by the Landmark Radio Theater, and the fifth to be set in the Port Washington area, including “Off the Rails,” “Undermined: Murder in the Sands,” “Cocktail Blues: A Tale of the Jazz Age,” and last year’s “Queen of the Skies.”
