The Big Lebowski (1998) is a Coen Brothers cult classic comedy about Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski, a laid-back Los Angeles slacker mistaken for a millionaire of the same name. After thugs trash his home and ruin his favorite rug, The Dude gets entangled in a surreal kidnapping plot involving nihilists, pornographers, and a complex ransom scheme.
