Conversations from Main Street presents:

Save Water. Save the bagel. A NY problem.

A group of high school students participating in Residents Forward’s Climate Action Program take a look at their future.

It is the year 2050 – will they still have a sustainable drinking water source on Long Island?

Their concern is very real.

In a Ted-style Talk, the students explain the NY problem, how it affects each of us,
and offer simple solutions to conserve our groundwater, in turn, saving our bagels,
and more importantly, our Long Island way of life.
